BEST EVER BANANA BREAD 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 ripe med. bananas, mashed (1 c.)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped walnuts

Stir together flour, sugar, soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla. Add to flour mixture, stirring until combined. Fold in nuts. Pour into a greased 9x11x3 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool on wire rack.
