GOLDEN CRUMB CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag frozen, cut, broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. crushed cheese crackers
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Cook broccoli 6 to 8 minutes, drain. Mix together all other ingredients, except crumbs. Add broccoli. Pour into casserole, top with crumbs, and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
