PORK CHOPS 
3 or 4 nice lean pork chops (center cut loin)
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 or 2 cans Campbell's chicken gumbo soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut off all fat from chops. Brown on both sides. Drain any fat off (grease). Place 1 slice each of onion and green pepper over chops. Cover with soup. Simmer for about 1 hour or until chops are tender. Serves about 3.
