1 c. white sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 pkg. choc. chips

Cook sugar and syrup on medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Then add peanut butter and cereal. Butter 13 x 9 x 2 pan and press in mixture. Melt butterscotch and chocolate chips together and spread over top of bars. Serve when cool.
