SPECIAL K BARS 
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Place Karo, sugar and butter in saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from heat; add peanut butter and cereal. Press mixture firmly into buttered 9"x13" pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips on low heat. When melted, spread on top of cereal mixture. Refrigerate. When firm, cut into bars.

I've made this a number of times for family and for co-workers. Some people use Rice Krispies instead of Special K, but Special K is the best. I tend to take out of refrigerator a half hour early before cutting as it is hard to cut when refrigerated.
