HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. or so hamburger
3 to 4 stalks celery, cut in sm. pieces
1 onion, cut in sm. pieces
1 green pepper (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Chinese noodles

Crumble hamburger into skillet and fry until brown. Wilt celery, onion, green pepper in small amount of oil. Drain well when done. Place hamburger, drained vegetables, mushroom soup and 1/2 can or less of water into casserole dish and mix well.

Cook covered in oven for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Chinese noodles; cook uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
