BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
2 cans mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 lb. cheese slices
1 (5 oz.) can Chinese noodles
1 med. onion
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/2 lb. wide noodles
1 sm. bottle olives

Brown hamburg and onions; mix soup and milk with hamburg and stir until it bubbles. Put 1 layer of meat mixture and 1 layer of cooked noodles in a large casserole. Add cheese, then olives. Make 2 layers of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove, then add Chinese noodles and cook for another 1/2 hour. Be careful not to burn.
