BEEF CASSEROLE CHINESE STYLE | |
1 lb. ground beef Brown until crumbly; drain and place in casserole dish. Top with (in layers) : 1 pkg. frozen peas 2 c. finely sliced celery heat in saucepan or microwave and pour over: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp. evaporated milk or cream Salt & pepper 1 sm. onion, finely chopped Top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
