BEEF CASSEROLE CHINESE STYLE 
1 lb. ground beef

Brown until crumbly; drain and place in casserole dish. Top with (in layers) :

1 pkg. frozen peas
2 c. finely sliced celery

heat in saucepan or microwave and pour over:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. evaporated milk or cream
Salt & pepper
1 sm. onion, finely chopped

Top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
