BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar sour cream
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown the onion in butter. Add ground beef and cook until done. Add mushroom soup, then sour cream; mix both in well. Add mushrooms. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles.
