CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion (optional)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. Success rice
1 can water chestnuts
1 can chow mein noodles

1. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off grease.

2. Add soy sauce, soups, rice, water chestnuts, and 1 1/4 cups of water.

3. Simmer 30 minutes.

4. Cook in oven uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

5. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top.
