CHINESE CASSEROLE 
Brown 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Add:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans water
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can drained mushrooms
1/2 c. long grain rice, raw
1 c. celery, diced

Bake 1/2 hour covered at 350 degrees and 1/2 hour uncovered. Add 1 can Chinese noodles. Bake 15 minutes more.
