CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. pork sausage and 1/2 lb. hamburger or 1 lb. hamburger
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. rice, uncooked
2 c. celery, chopped
6 oz. bottle soy sauce
1 c. water

Place all ingredients in a buttered baking dish in order; cover casserole. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
