DEVILED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1/2 c. chopped green onion (use tops)
1 whole cooked chicken, boiled or canned, bone after cooking
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. chopped celery
Crushed potatoes chips or Chinese noodles

Mix above ingredients together and top with potato chips or noodles and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
