HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
Potato chips

Brown hamburger, onion and rice together. Mix rest of ingredients. Top with crushed potato chips. Better if mixed and allowed to stand overnight. Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 6 servings in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
