HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. hamburg
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 env. dry onion soup
1 bouillon cube
1 1/2 c. water
8 oz. very thin noodles
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. crushed potato chips

Brown meat and green pepper in butter. Stir in soup mix, bouillon cube and water. Simmer, uncovered, moderate heat 15 minutes. Cook noodles according to package directons. Fold in beef mix and sour cream into drained noodles. Place in 2 1/2 quart dish. Top with chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovred. Serves 4 to 6.
