HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/4 c. melted butter

Defrost potatoes. Mix first 8 ingredients. Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole. Mix butter and Rice Krispies, sprinkle over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes more.
