HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, crumbled
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (16 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese (or 2 c.)
1 tsp. grated onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of potato soup
Sm. box corn flakes

Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes. Pour into greased 13 x 9 dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.

Add corn flakes on top the last 30 minutes of baking. Serves 10-12.
