HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 c. sour cream
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated sharp cheese

Thaw has browns - mix everything together - pour in casserole (greased) dish, add salt and pepper. Mix 1 cup melted butter and 4 cups crushed cornflakes and put on top. Cook at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
