“DINO CHICKEN WINGS” IS IN:

DINO CHICKEN WINGS 
Both of the spices listed are available in New York State, not sure if they are available elsewhere as they are local companies. Substitute with the equivalent or similar spice (or try Amazon).

12 to 15 jumbo chicken wings (split at joint, discard tips)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (or more)
1 tbsp. Dinosaur Foreplay Cajun dry spice rub
1 tbsp. Buck's multi-purpose seasoning

Preheat oven to 450°F. Take a large baking pan and cover with tin foil. Cover tin foil with vegetable oil, make sure all surfaces are covered.

Note: You may need a little more than 1/2 cup, I just covered and spread evenly until all surfaces were covered.

Take chicken wings and sprinkle both the Cajun foreplay and Buck's seasoning generously on each side of the wings.

Place wings on baking sheet and bake at 450°F for 20 minutes each side. Take wings out of oven. Set oven to broil. Broil each side 3 minutes to get a good crispy texture on the wings.

SAUCE:

1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Combine FRANK'S® hot sauce and melted butter. Stir until well blended. Put wings in sealable container and add hot sauce. Seal the container and shake until well coated.

Let wings cool and serve with blue cheese and celery if you like.
