STRAWBERRY AND SOUR CREAM SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 lg. bananas
Sour cream

Dissolve Jello in two cups of boiling water. Add 2 packages frozen strawberries, stir occasionally until thawed. Add crushed pineapple and two large bananas, finely diced. Pour 1/2 Jello mixture in 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Chill until firm.

Spread evenly with one cup sour cream. Pour remaining Jello on top. Chill firmly.

Cut into 9 squares and top with dollops of cream.
