STRAWBERRY SOUR CREAM SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2-3 bananas, sliced
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 sm. pkgs. frozen strawberries
1/4 c. cold water
1 med. sized can crushed pineapple

In a large bowl combine Jello and boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Add frozen strawberries and mix until thawed. Stir in pineapple and juice, banana slices and cold water. Pour 1/2 Jello mixture into large oblong serving (9 x 13 inch). Refrigerate until well set (leaving remaining Jello in bowl at room temperature). When refrigerated Jello is set, spread with sour cream and add remaining Jello mix. Refrigerate again. When set, cut in squares and serve on lettuce as a salad or plain as dessert. You may put a little Cool Whip on top.
