BANANA - CREAM TORTE 
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. container heavy whipping cream
1 pt. half & half
1 pt. sour cream
3 pkgs. lady fingers, unfilled
3 to 4 bananas
Strawberries (optional)

Blend together first 4 ingredients. Lightly butter bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Open lady fingers and line bottom of cake pan. Pour 1/2 of blended ingredients over lady fingers.

Chop bananas over cream. Place remaining lady fingers over bananas. Pour remainder of cream ingredients on top, spreading evenly to cover all lady fingers. Refrigerate 12 hours. (When being served, may top with fresh strawberries, if desired.)
