BANANA BERRY PIE 
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello brand strawberry-banana flavor gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. cold water
2 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello banana cream pudding and pie filling
3/4 c. milk

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Mix in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Stir in 3/4 cup of strawberries. Pour in pie crust. Chill 15 minutes. Whisk pudding mix into milk. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip. Stir in remaining strawberries and spread into crust. Chill until set, about 2 hours. Garnish with strawberries. Makes 8 servings.

Love this pie! It's not overly sweet and it's light, so a great dessert after a big meal. Also can be made using sugar free Jello and pudding.

I've been making this pie for years. It is a great pie for warmer months because it is light and refreshing. I love the layered look of the pie. It is a simple pie to make, yet looks and tastes like you spent a lot of time making it.
