STRAWBERRY CREAM JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
10 oz. pkg. or 1 lb. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in water. Add frozen berries, stirring occasionally until thawed. Add pineapple. Pour half of mixture into a glass dish (oblong or round). Chill until firm - it sets quickly. Spoon sour cream over top of chilled mixture. Carefully pour remaining mixture over cream. Chill until firm (overnight is best).
