STRAWBERRY CREAM SQUARES SALAD 
2 - 3 oz. pkgs. strawberry flavored Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
13 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 lg. ripe bananas, finely diced
1 lg. carton sour cream

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries, stir occasionally till thawed. Add the crushed pineapple and the bananas. Pour 1/2 above mixture into 8 x 8 1/2 inch pan. Chill till firm. Spread evenly with 1 cup dairy sour cream. Pour remaining Jello atop. Chill firm, cut into squares. Top with sour cream. Spread.
