MOLDED STRAWBERRY AND SOUR CREAM
SALAD
 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 banana, mashed
1/2 c. cultured sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Fold in strawberries, banana, and pineapple. Pour half of mixture in mold. Let stand until mixture starts to gel. Spread sour cream over mixture in mold and pour remaining mixture over all. Refrigerate.
