BROCCOLI AND CAVETELLI | |
1 lb. frozen cavetelli 1 lb. frozen broccoli 1/3 c. olive oil (to taste) 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (to taste) 1 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic (to taste) Black pepper (to taste) Prepare cavetelli according to package directions. Microwave or steam broccoli according to package directions. Drain pasta. Cut cooked broccoli stalks in thirds. Mix pasta and broccoli. Add olive oil; mix thoroughly. Sprinkle on cheese and garlic, mixing well. Season with black pepper. Taste. Add additional cheese if desired. May be served hot or cold. |
