SHREDDED CHEESE POTATOES | |
8 to 10 boiled potatoes, peeled Saute 1 small onion in 1 stick butter. Shred potatoes with grater. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and salt and pepper to taste. Add grated cheese and 1/2 pint sour cream (optional). Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
