MIKE'S CAVATELLI AND BROCCOLI 
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 oz. olive oil
1 head broccoli (tough stems removed), chopped
2 c. chicken broth
1 lb. frozen cavatelli
4 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste (optional)
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste

In a work or frying pan, saute chopped garlic in oil. Before it browns, add chopped broccoli and stir-fry until al dente. Add broth to cover broccoli and cook on allow flame until tender. Cook cavatelli until desired doneness. Drain and place on a flat long plate. Place butter on cavatelli and fold in. Pour broccoli over cavatelli, season with salt and pepper and top with cheese. Serve piping hot. Serves 4.
