CHICKEN CLARISSE 
1 chicken fryer, cut into pieces
1 c. apricot preserves
1/2 sm. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Place chicken pieces into a greased baking dish. Mix together all other ingredients and spread over the chicken pieces. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
