BROCCOLI CAVATELLI 
1 lb. sausage
Olive oil
8-10 cloves garlic, minced
Crushed red pepper
Salt
2 lg. broccoli heads, parcooked
2 lbs. frozen cavetelli

While cavatelli cooks in boiling water; brown sausage in skillet. Drain excess fat. Generously cover sausage with olive oil, add garlic and red pepper, saute. Add broccoli and toss in mixture 1-2 minutes. Serve over cavatelli. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan.
