CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE

While meat is cooking, cut about 1/4 pound of bacon into small pieces as well as onions and fry until bacon is done....set aside....SAVE GREASE....

Boil cabbage and potatoes - accordingly - SAVE WATER.

Put bacon, onions, cabbage, and potatoes into blender and/or mixer and mash together using some of the grease and water in reserve as needed....

Add salt and pepper to taste.....Serve with the thinly sliced cooked/baked corned beef.
