QUICK CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 can (12 oz.) corned beef, diced

Put all ingredients, except corned beef in skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally 10 minutes.

Add corned beef. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until meat is heated. Makes 4 servings.
