QUICK CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE | |
3 tbsp. melted butter 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded (about 10 c.) 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef Combine butter, cabbage, salt and pepper in a large skillet; cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add corned beef; cover, and cook 5 minutes or until meat is thoroughly heated. Yield: 4 servings. |
