EASY CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE 
1 can corned beef
1 med. head cabbage
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 to 3/4 c. water

In large skillet, place oil, cabbage shredded and 1/2 to 3/4 cup water. Cover tightly. Cook on low to medium heat until cabbage is tender and water is gone. Open corned beef and chop into smaller pieces. Stir meat in with cabbage - reheat until hot. Serve. This may be a little juicy or you can cook until it is dry.
