GRANNY'S CORNED BEEF AND GRAVY 
1 can corned beef
1 qt. water
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. flour
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. bacon drippings or shortening

Combine bacon grease, corned beef and chopped onion. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring. Add flour, cook for 2 minutes. Stir in cold water. Best served hot. Serves 8 people.

This is an old family favoirte. Taste great on a baked potato or boiled or fried cabbage. Sometimes I will add a pinch of garlic powder.

Going to have this for breakfast. Shred a raw potato & onion to make my own potato hash... then prep this gravy to pour over it.. Tomato on the side. Yum! My treat for ME.
