CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE | |
3 tbsp. melted butter 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. celery seeds 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef Combine butter, cabbage, salt, pepper and celery seeds in a large skillet; cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add corned beef, cover and cook 5 minutes or until meat is thoroughly heated. Serve. |
