BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 lg. (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green peppers
1 chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 1 c. water

Brown beef, onions, celery and pepper for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and bouillon and uncooked noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered.
