POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes, peeled
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. salad oil
4 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. sliced celery

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. minced fresh dill
1 tsp. cider vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook potatoes in boiling water. Let potatoes cool. Cube potatoes and toss with oil. Combine potatoes, eggs, and celery. In a separate bowl combine all dressing ingredients. Blend well and mix into potato mixture. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 6-8 servings.
