SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach, frozen or chopped broccoli
1 box stuffing (approximately 2 c., partially crumbled kind)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook frozen spinach according to direction; drain. Add other ingredients. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet and freeze. Place into freezer bags. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until firm. Stores in freezer up to 1 year.
