SPICED CIDER 
1 gal. cider
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
8 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tbsp. whole allspice
1/2 tbsp. whole cloves

Combine the above ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool in refrigerator (covered) for several hours. Reheat slowly just before serving. Remove spice if you have any cider leftover and want to keep it. Serves 32 cups.
