SALMON LOAF | |
1 lb. can red salmon 1/4 c. red salmon liquid 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. dried bread crumbs 2 beaten eggs 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. lemon juice Mix all ingredients well. Place mixture in greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Turn onto platter. Serve with cream of celery or shrimp soup diluted with 1/2 cup of milk. |
