SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon, boned and shredded
3 tsp. melted butter
3 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs or 1/2 cup corn flakes
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and put in buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with lemon slices or lemon juice.
