SALMON LOAF (DIET) 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika to taste

Mix all ingredients and put in greased loaf pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
