SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 oz.) can salmon with bones and liquid
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. minced onion, optional
1/4 c. fine chopped celery, optional
1 c. milk
1 c. coarse bread crumbs
1/2 c. rolled cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. savory salt
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all together well. Pack in well greased loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees until brown on top, about 45 minutes.
