BAKED SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 lb. chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
2 egg whites or egg substitute (1 egg)
1 1/2 tbsp. dill weed (fresh)
1 c. bread crumbs or oat bran cereal

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Spray a meatloaf pan with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
