SALMON SALAD BAKE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 can salmon

Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
