SALMON LOAF (Microwave) 
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 can (16 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg beaten
6 soda crackers, crushed

Place butter, onion and celery in medium glass bowl. Microwave 2-3 minutes on high. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pat into 9x5 glass loaf dish. Cover with wax paper.

Microwave 10-15 minutes on Medium High or until hot in center (about 160 degrees). Let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
