CHICKEN AND RICE 
6-8 chicken thighs, skinned
3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 box family size Rice-A-Roni

Put butter and Rice-A-Roni in large glass casserole dish. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Stir and microwave for 1-2 minutes more. Add water and flavor package. Stir. Sink skinned chicken into rice and broth. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
