CHICKEN BREASTS AND RICE 
4 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 can peas and carrots, drained
2 c. rice

Can substitute any vegetables that you want.

Place chicken in a casserole dish with cover after seasoning to taste. Microwave for 10 minutes on each side. When done, drain.

Put both cans of soup over chicken then add water mix, then add rice and peas and carrots. Microwave for an added ten minutes, then serve. Total time for dinner is 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
